Japan Camps welcomes kids from across the world for our unforgettable camps – all in English!

Give your child a summer of discovery with this 5-day, 4-night sleepaway camp in Japan! Designed for ages 6–12, Japan Explorers: Mt. Fuji blends nature, culture, teamwork, and creativity into a fun, unforgettable camp experience.

Please note that unlike our Code Quest camps, Japan Explorers: Mt. Fuji is not a tech-focused camp program.

Set on the shores of Lake Yamanakako at the foot of the iconic Mount Fuji, campers are immersed in Japan’s breathtaking landscapes while exploring its rich traditions. The program combines outdoor adventure with hands-on cultural experiences, from boating on a peaceful lake and visiting a ninja village to creating traditional Japanese crafts.

Evenings bring classic camp fun with a local twist. Picture enjoying a Japanese-style barbecue, hand-rolling sushi, relaxing with a kid-friendly anime movie, and more.

Parents can feel confident knowing their children are fully supervised by caring, English-speaking staff, with all meals, accommodations, and activities included. Japan Explorers: Mt. Fuji is a golden opportunity for your child to experience the magic of Japan’s natural and cultural treasures with kids from around the world. Spots are limited!
