2023 Camp Schedule
Gunma Prefecture is located in the Kanto region about an hour’s drive from Tokyo. It is home to many beautiful mountains and national parks. TCC, along with Nishimachi International School, is excited to host another iteration of our popular Summer camps in Gunma. We will have a week full of outdoor activities in Gunma’s forested hills and lakes along with fun and educational lessons in programming and robotics curriculum. This will definitely be a Summer to remember!
Students who attend will participate in daily intensive coding lessons every morning and develop an affinity for nature by engaging in activities such as hiking, kayaking, and swimming every afternoon.
This Summer TCC is welcoming another iteration of its most popular camp in Hakuba! We will be heading up this July and August to once again have fun building programming and robotics skills, enjoying nature, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Activities will include rafting, swimming, hiking, and a gondola ride!
Transportation to and from Hakuba as well as all meals (diet and allergy friendly) are included.
Along with our overnight camp options, TCC is also offering day camps for students looking for some fun in technology over the Summer! For 5 days this July (9am-5pm), campers will learn from both programming and robotics lessons, stretch their creative muscles with digital animation, learn important fundamentals in coding, and of course have some free time to play Minecraft and other games with friends!
Lunch and snacks will be provided every day, as well as transportation to and from activities (if necessary).
Programming and Robotics
Part of every day at our camps is dedicated to FUN and educational computer science lessons. Our expert instructors guide beginner and intermediate coders alike through exciting projects while building important fundamentals along the way. No experience necessary!
Our Summer camps have activities such as rafting, hiking, and adventure courses while participants at our Winter camps enjoy sledding, snow-play, and building snowmen! Every camp is unique, but helping our campers gain an appreciation for nature is always a priority.
TCC campers walk away from our camps with not only new coding skills and experiences in nature, but also with new friends! Evenings are dedicated to team building and relaxation. Yukata parties, making shaved ice, movie and game nights, and the always popular ice cream party are all common activities!
